Eau de Magnolia by Frederic Malle Perfume Review

Eau de Magnolia by Frederic Malle
Eau de Magnolia, created by perfumer Carlos Benaim, is a perfect depiction of the Magnolia flower. This is luminous, fresh, and enticing. It can go both ways and smell great on either man or woman. This is an earthy and calming fragrance that is beyond perfect for the summer weather that is upon us here in Los Angeles.

Imagine a bouquet of magnolias splashed with citrusy bergamot, atop vetiver and various woodsy accords. Perfectly blended, airy and present. Imagine taking a trip with the one you love and feeling the calmness and relaxation of familiarity. These are magnolia petals that have fallen to the ground and have caught the earths woody essence. This is Eau de Magnolia.

The longevity is moderate...about 4 hours in it will start to become just a faint whisper on my skin. The sillage is just strong enough for those close to you to catch your beautiful scent, but not enough to become bothersome.

Thinking of trying this scent or have already tried it? Comment and let me know!
