Tasty Tuesday: Aquolina Gold Sugar

Aquolina Gold Sugar
You have probably heard of the famous Pink Sugar perfume by Aquolina, which smells of sweet, sugary, cotton candy. This sister fragrance was introduced in 2013 and has Aquolina's signature sweetness, though, this one is headed in a little bit of a different direction. Gold Sugar is more milky, creamy and reminiscent of baked goods.

This starts off with creamy neroli and citrus splashes, spiraling into coconut creme brulee, topped with a touch of florals. The whipped cream lies in the base and is the perfect topping to the creamy, sweet creme brulee desert...all held together by underlying sandalwood and musk.

This is preferably worn in Fall and Winter, as it may be too sweet and sticky for warm weather. It has great lasting power and radiates a few feet from the body. This is a fun gourmand wear, and has an amazing price tag. Grab a 100 mL bottle at MyPerfumeShoppe for only $18.99 (originally $55.00).

  1. I bet this smells similar to Chopard "Casmir" without the spicy hit of benzoin and cinnamon. I would probably like this but I hate the bottle haha, reminds me of hair spray lol
